More about Walking the Path Together

Walking the Path Together is an annual conference and resource fair for families of young children with special needs and the professionals who support them.  The theme for this year’s event is Tools for Building the Path. The conference is presented by the Ventura County Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) and the Ventura County Early Start Program with a focus on sharing and support for families and professionals. The goal of the conference is to provide information to families and help them connect with agencies and each other. The event includes a resource fair along with four breakout sessions to choose from, each presented in both English and Spanish.

There are a limited number of scholarships available for families served by Tri-Counties Regional Center or the Early Start Program. Additional information and online registration is available here.
